Inspire has over 900,000 registered patient and caregiver members. We are looking for an intern business analyst, healthcare,  who will be supporting commercial operation across multiple groups within Inspire. The candidate will be responsible for:
  • Analyze, design, and implement new data structure for managing customers database to support sales, marketing, partners, and customer projects
  • Analyze business flow and processes and recommendations for implementations for commercial team
  • Develop new reports and dashboards to provide metrics and KPIs for sales, partnership, marketing, and other company performances
  • Support ongoing research for market and sales prospects and qualification for marketing qualified leads
  • Support data quality within the CRM (salesforce) and data mapping between CRM and other platforms
  • Support nurturing program design to help further engage and nurture marketing qualified leads
  • BS/BA in business, business administration, finance, marketing, or other similar disciplines
  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program (MS / MBA / Ph.D) in the areas of healthcare, marketing, business administration, finance, or other similar areas.
  • Experienced with business development, business administration, or marketing/sales
  • Basic knowledge with CRM and other data management tools
  • Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, in the areas of research & development or consumer markets
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and ambition for success
  • Attention to details and information organization for effective communication
  • Ability to work Independently with a collaborative personality to support projects with different groups
